Austrian Bratwurst ingredients

  • 3 lb Ground pork
  • 2 t Kosher salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1⁄4 t Ground marjoram
  • 1⁄4 t Coriander seeds
  • 1⁄4 t FRESHLY GROUND NUTMEG
  • 1 t parsley flakes
  • 1 t white pepper
  • 1⁄4 t soy sauce
  • 1⁄2 t Lemon Zest
  • 3⁄4 c Milk
  • medium sausage casings

Cooking Austrian Bratwurst

1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS (except sausage casings)-MIX WELL STUFF LOOSELY INTO SAUSAGE CASINGS TIE OFF INTO 4-5 INCH LINKSCHILL OR FREEZE TO STOREPREPARE AS DESIRED.
