- 2 t Kosher salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1⁄4 t Ground marjoram
- 1⁄4 t Coriander seeds
- 1⁄4 t FRESHLY GROUND NUTMEG
- 1 t parsley flakes
- 1 t white pepper
- 1⁄4 t soy sauce
- 1⁄2 t Lemon Zest
- 3⁄4 c Milk
- medium sausage casings
Cooking Austrian Bratwurst
1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS (except sausage casings)-MIX WELL STUFF LOOSELY INTO SAUSAGE CASINGS TIE OFF INTO 4-5 INCH LINKSCHILL OR FREEZE TO STOREPREPARE AS DESIRED.
