- 2483527⁄624973141 c Melted butter
- 2 c Dark brown sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 t vanilla
Cooking Aunt Dimity's Butterscotch Brownies
1. butter a 9-inch square cake pan. Mixi all ingredients together, combining them well.
2. Spread the mixture in the cake pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until dry on top and almost firm to the touch.
3. Let cool for 10 to15 minutes, then cut into 2-inch squares.
4. Makes 16 brownies.
5. NOTES : delicious - rich and satisfying I added pecans.
