Assorted Sausage Supper ingredients
- 2 T Lard
- 1 c Onions
- 1 T garlic
- 2 c Carrots
- 2 lb Sauerkraut
- 2 c Apple Cider
- 2483527⁄624973141 c white wine
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 3 T parsley
- 2 Bay leaf
- 1 lb spicy sausage link
- 1 lb Polish sausage
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb sausage
- 2 lb canned small white potato
- 1 c Apple
Cooking Assorted Sausage Supper
1. Heat lard in a skillet, over a moderate flame.
2. Add onions, garlic, and carrots.
3. Heat and stir for 5 minutes.
4. Add sauerkraut, apple cider, wine, pepper, parsley, and bay leaves.
5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 15-20 minutes remove bay leaves.
6. Arrange sausages and potatoes in a large casserole.
7. Top with minced apples.
8. Pour sauerkraut mixture over all. Serve hot.
