Asparagus Salad 2 ingredients
- 1⁄4 c olive oil
- 2 T white wine
- 2 T Pepper sauce
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 2 bn asparagus, cut 2
- 1 large Leeks, sliced
- 1 c Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 bell pepper,sliced thin
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
Cooking Asparagus Salad 2
1. preheat oven 425 degrees combine olive oil,wine,pepper sauce and salt in cup combine asparagus,leek,mushrooms,bell pepper,and 1/2 oil in large roasting pan;mix well roast vegetables 20 min.
2. until tender,stirring occasionally remove from oven, toss with remaining oil mixture, serve warm.
