Asian-Style Salmon Stir-Fry ingredients
- 3 T Oyster sauce
- 2 T Rice vinegar
- 2 t Minced ginger
- 1 t soy sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic, minced

- 5 t Oil

- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Snow peas (if large cut in Half)
- 1 c Sliced green onions
- 1 Red bell pepper cut into Strips
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Asian sesame oil
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sugar

Cooking Asian-Style Salmon Stir-Fry
1. IN a medium bowl, combine two tablespoons of the oyster sauce with vinegar, ginger, soy sauce and one clove garlic.
2. Seasoni with pepper, if desired.
3. Add fish, turning to coat.
4. Cover and refrigerate at least a half-hour.
5. In a nonstick skillet or seasoned wok, heat two teaspoons of the oil over high heat.
6. Add remaining garlic, stir fry 30 seconds.
7. Add sprouts, peas, green onions and red pepper.
8. Stir-fryi two minutes or until tender-crisp.
9. Stiri in the remaining one tablespoon of oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and pepper.
10. Remove from skillet and set aside.
11. Drain fish, discarding marinade.
12. Heat remaining oil in same skillet.
13. Add fish and stir-fry about four minutes or until done.
14. Add vegetables.
15. Gently toss.
16. Heat through and serve immediately.
