  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Honey

Cooking Asian Shrimp Dumplings 1

1. Combine shrimp, water chestnuts, mushrooms, scallions, egg, soy, honey, salt, and sesame oil-mix well.
2. Place 2 teaspoons mixture onto the center of each skin or wrapper.
3. Pull egdes up around filling.
4. Pleat edges and press to seal, leaving top open.
5. Arrange dumplings onto a plate.
6. Place into a bamboo steamer.
7. Cover and steam for 15-20 minutes.
8. Remove from steamer.
9. Serve hot.
