Asian marinade ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Fresh orange juice
- 1⁄3 c Fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄3 c Fresh lime juice
- 3 T Rice wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 c Low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Whole scallions -- thinly
- Sliced
- White, lt. green onl
- 1 small Jalapeno -- sliced thin
- Crosswi
- 1⁄2 t Red pepper flakes
- 8 Thin strips orange zest
Cooking Asian marinade
1. Mixi all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
