Asian marinade ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Fresh orange juice
  • 1⁄3 c Fresh lemon juice
  • 1⁄3 c Fresh lime juice
  • 3 T Rice wine vinegar
  • 1⁄2 c Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Whole scallions -- thinly
  • Sliced
  • White, lt. green onl
  • 1 small Jalapeno -- sliced thin
  • Crosswi
  • 1⁄2 t Red pepper flakes
  • 8 Thin strips orange zest

Cooking Asian marinade

1. Mixi all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Use to marinade shellfish, chicken or pork.
