Asian Grilled Shrimp

Asian Grilled Shrimp ingredients
- 1⁄3 c soy sauce
- 1⁄4 c Sesame oil
- 1 T Brown sugar
- 1 T Ginger
- 1⁄4 c Scallions
- 1 lb Prawn
- 8 bamboo skewer
Cooking Asian Grilled Shrimp
1. Combine soy, sesame oil, ginger, sugar, and scallions-mix well.
2. Add shrimp and toss to mix well.
3. Cover and chill for 4-6 hours.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grilli for 4 minutes on each side, basting often.
6. Serve hot, accompanied by rice.
