Asian black bean sauce

Asian black bean sauce ingredients
- 2 T Peanut oil
- 2 T Fermented black beans -- Rinsed and drained
- 1 T garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 c chicken broth
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 T Rice wine
- 1 t Sugar
- 1 1⁄2 t Cornstarch
Cooking Asian black bean sauce
1. Heat a wok or heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the oil, the black beans and garlic.
3. Stir-fryi about 12 seconds.
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir-fry about 1 minute or until sauce thickens.
5. Makes about ¾ cup sauce.
