Aroma Blended Tom Yam Goong ingredients
- 8 nos King Prawns
- 3 nos Hot bird chili / Red chili - crushed
- 5 nos Cherry tomato - halves cut
- 5 Piece Lemon grass - slices
- 2 nos Kaffir lime leaves - teared
- 5 Piece Galangal - slices
- 5 nos Straw mushrom - halves cut
- 5 nos Shallot - crushed
- 2 stalk Corainder - chopped
- 1 stalk Spring onion - slices
- 2 T Lime Juice
- 2 T Fish sauce
- 1 t Salt
- 1 T Soya oil
- 8 c Prawn stock
- 1 T Sugar
Cooking Aroma Blended Tom Yam Goong
1. Preparation & Method Cleaned the prawns, shelled & devein, keep heads & shell aside To make the stock and paste by heat up the soup pot add oil and add one fifth of herbs ingredients to fried add prawns's heads& shells to fried Add 1litre of water let it boiled for 10 mins , strained to get 8 cups of stock & bring the rest to blend finely paste.
2. Bring the stock to boiled , add prawns and the rest of all herbs ingredients to boiled for fews minutes.
3. seasoning with lime juice, salt, fish sauce, sugar and a spoon of the prepared paste boiled for 3 mins.
4. Final touch and garnishing with spring onion & corainders sprig serves the soup hot to remain the aroma flavore & tastily.
5. Please note: chilies can decrease if you would not like the soup too spicy.
