Armenian stew

Armenian stew ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 c Dried Apricots Soaked in
- 1⁄2 c Water for 1 Hour.
- 1⁄2 c Dried Garbanzo Beans Soaked
- Overnight in Water
- 5 c water
- 1 c Lentils
- 3 Onions, sliced
- 2 T Malt Syrup or molasses
Cooking Armenian stew
1. In a large pan, bring soaked apricots and their water to a boil.
2. Add soaked, drained garbanzo beans and 1 c. water.
3. Bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes.
4. Add the lentils, onions and 4 c. water to pot. Bring to a boil.
5. Lower heat, cover and cook ubout 2 hours until garbanzos are tneder.
6. Add 2 t. malt syrup.
7. Mixi in well.
8. Serve over brown rice.
