Arizona Style Fajitas

Arizona Style Fajitas ingredients
- 4 lb Skirt steak
- 1⁄2 t Lemon pepper
- 1⁄2 t Jane's salt
- 1⁄2 t garlic salt
- 1⁄2 t Monosodium glutamate
- 1⁄2 c Italian Salad Dressing
- 1 c Onions
- 1⁄4 c Unsalted butter
- 2 c bbq sauce
- 2 T Liquid Smoke
- 1⁄2 c Catsup
- 6 oz Beer
- 1 T Brown sugar
- 16 flour tortilla
Cooking Arizona Style Fajitas
1. Rub steaks with a combination of lemon pepper, jane's salt, garlic salt, and msg. Sprinkle liberally with italian dressing.
2. Cover and chill for 1-24 hours.
3. Remove meat from marinade.
4. Grilli for 3-5 minutes per side.
5. Bias-slice across the grain into thin strips.
6. Combine with remaining ingredients (except tortillas)-mix well cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
7. Spoon into a serving bowl.
8. Serve hot, with heated tortillas to the side.
