Arcadian Shepherd's Pie ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 lb Ground beef
  • 3 T butter
  • 1 t worchestershire sause
  • 2 Eggs; separated
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
  • 8 Potatoes peeled, boiled mash
  • 2 Onion, minced
  • 1 T Tomato Catsup
  • Beef stock
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Cream
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t garlic Powder
  • Parmesan cheese

Cooking Arcadian Shepherd's Pie

1. Browni beef and saute onions in butter untill golden.
2. Mixi meat with onions, catsup, worcestershire, salt & pepper.
3. Add a litter meat stock and cook, covered, over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Beat egg yolks untill light, whites untill stiff.
5. Beat yolks, cream, butter, and garlic powder into mashed potatoes.
6. Gently fold in beaten egg whites.
7. Put meat mixture into casserole and top with potatoes.
8. Sprinkle with Parmesani cheese and bake at 350F.
