Apricot-pecan loaf

Apricot-pecan loaf ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 1⁄4 c Sugar
- 1 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 1⁄2 t Soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 Eggs
- 2 T Cooking oil
- 3⁄4 c Apricot nectar
- 2 c Dried apricots; chopped
- 1⁄2 c Pecans; chopped
Cooking Apricot-pecan loaf
1. Apricoti-pecan loaf sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt.
2. Add egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well.
3. Add apricots & pecans.
4. Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 °F for about 1 hour.
5. Cool & slice.
6. 10 servings.
