Apricot-Maple Glazed Pork Chops ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 4 T 1/2-inch-thick pork chops
- 2483527⁄624973141 c diced shallots
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Apricot LIBBY'S® KERN'S® All Nectar
- 2483527⁄624973141 c sherry wine or dry white wine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Maple syrup
- 2483527⁄624973141 t MAGGI® Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 4 Apricot halves
- 1 T finely chopped parsley (optional)
Cooking Apricot-Maple Glazed Pork Chops
1. MELT butter in large skillet.
2. Add pork; cook, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
3. Transfer to serving plate; keep warm.
4. ADD shallots to skillet; cook, stirring frequently, until tender.
5. Stiri in nectar, sherry, maple syrup and bouillon.
6. Bring to a boil; cook, stirring frequently, until sauce has thickened.
7. Remove from heat; pour sauce over pork.
8. Sprinkle with apricots and parsley.
