  • 2 t Apricot spread, reduced cal

Cooking Apricot-glazed banana muffin

1. This is more of an "assembly" than a recipe.
2. Peeli banana and cut in half crosswise , cut each half in half lengthwise.
3. Place muffins halves on broiling pan, top with 2 banana quarters, drizzle with half the margarine.
4. Brush banana with ½ teaspoon apricot spread, sprinkle with cinnamon.
5. Broili until well heated.
