Apricot or peach glaze ingredients

  • 1 c Apricots or peaches
  • 3 T Lemon juice
  • 2 T Salad Oil
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t liquid smoke (optional)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 1 t Finely chopped green onions

Cooking Apricot or peach glaze

1. Pureei fruits or place in electric blender until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients in saucepan and simmer 8 to 12 minutes.
3. Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
4. Bastei on barbequing chicken, lamb or pork during last 20 minutes cooking time.
