- 1 T Honey
- 1 T butter Or margarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 372529⁄-2009260032 t Cornstarch
- 1 lb Baby carrots
Cooking Apricot Honey Glazed Carrots
1. COMBINE nectar and cornstarch in small bowl; mix until smooth.
2. COOK carrots in boiling water for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
3. Return to pan and add honey, butter and salt.
4. Add nectar mixture and cook over low heat for 5 minutes or until apricot glaze is thickened.
