  • 1 c Wheat flour

  • 2 Egg whites or egg
  • -substitute
  • 1 T baking powder

Cooking Applesauce-oatmeal muffins

1. ~ soak oats in milk for ~1 hour.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients, mix well, and bake at 400 °F for 25 minutes in a muffin tin.
