Cooking Applesauce cinnamon muffins

1. Preheat oven to 37Coat 12 medium-size cups with vegetables oil or line with paper baking cups.
2. In medium bowl combine oat bran cereal, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda, and salt.
3. In large bowl combine applesauce, honey, oil, egg, and vanilla.
4. Stiri in dry ingredients; mix well.
5. Stir in nuts.
6. Fill prepared muffin cup almost full.
7. Bakei 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Serve warm.
