- 4 c low-sodium white bread
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Apple
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Seedless raisins
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c Skim Milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Egg Beaters Real Egg Product
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Sugar
- 2 T FLEISCHMANN'S Margarine
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground cinnamon
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground nutmeg
Cooking Apple-Raisin Bread Pudding
1. In greased 2-quart casserole, combine bread cubes, apples and raisins; set aside.
2. Combine milk, EGG BEATERS, sugar, margarine, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg; pour over bread mixture.
3. Bakei at 350 °F. For 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
4. Serve warm.
5. MICROWAVE: Assemble pudding as above in 2-quart microwavable casserole; cover.
6. Microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) for 6 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
7. Microwave at MEDIUM 8 to 10 minutes more, rotating dish ½ turn after 4 minutes.
