Apple-nut bread

Apple-nut bread ingredients
- 2 c Sugar
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 4 c All-purpose flour
- 2 t Baking soda
- 1 t Salt
- 1 c Salad Oil
- 1⁄4 c Commercial sour cream
- 2 c Apples, peeled and chopped
- 1 c Pecans; chopped
- 1 t vanilla
Cooking Apple-nut bread
1. Gradually add sugar to eggs; beat until light and fluffy.
2. Combine dry ingredients; add to sugar mixture alternately with oil and sour cream, beating well after each addition.
3. Stiri in apples, pecans and vanilla.
4. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pans.
5. Bakei at 350°F for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Let cool in pans 5 minutes; turn out on wire racks to finish cooling.
