Apple-Ginger Scones ingredients
- 2 c bisquick
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Apple -- chopped, peeled
- 3 T Brown sugar
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ginger
- c Milk
- 1 Egg -- or 2 egg whites
- -or 1/4 c egg substitute
- Milk
- Sugar
Cooking Apple-Ginger Scones
1. Heat oven to 425F.
2. Greasei cookie sheet.
3. Mixi bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, milk and egg until dough forms.
4. Kneadi 10 times.
5. Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet.
6. Brush with milk.
7. Sprinkle with sugar.
8. Cut into 8 wedges.
9. Bakei about 14 minutes or untl golden brown.
10. Serve warm.
