Apple-cranberry-nut muffins ingredients
- 2 c Apples -- peeled, shredded
- c Sugar
- 1 c cranberries -- chopped
- 1 c Carrots -- shredded
- 1 c black walnuts -- chopped
- 372529⁄-2009260032 c All-purpose flour
- 1 T double-acting baking powder
- 2 t Baking soda
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 2 t Ground cinnamon
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Vegatable oil
Cooking Apple-cranberry-nut muffins
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine apples and sugar.
2. Gently fold in chopped cranberries, carrots, and nuts.
3. Combine dry ingredients; add to mixing bowl.
4. Mixi w ell to moisten dry ingredients.
5. Combine eggs and oil; stir into apple mixture.
6. Fill 18 greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
7. Bakei at 375 °F for 20-25 minutes.
8. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pans.
