Apple yogurt slush ingredients

- 1 c applesauce, unsweetened
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cinnamon, fresh ground
- 25 oz Sparkling apple cider, chill
Cooking Apple yogurt slush
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, cover and freeze 4 hours or until firm, stirring occasionally.
2. To serve, spoon ½ cup yogurt mixture into each of 5 serving glasses, top each with ¼ cup sparkling apple cider, annd stir until well blended.
3. Reserve remaining cider for another use. Yeild: 5 servings (about 106 calories per serving) protein 3. 5: fat 0. 9: carbohydrate 21. 7: cholesterole.
