Apple Upside Down Cake 2 ingredients
- 1 pk STOUFFER'S® Harvest Apples
- 2 T butter Or margarine
- 2483527⁄624973141 c firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 pk Yellow cake mix
- 2 Eggs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Milk
- 1 t Ground cinnamon
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground ginger
Cooking Apple Upside Down Cake 2
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Melt butter in 9-inch-round cake pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter; spoon Escalloped Apples over brown sugar.
3. Combine cake mix, eggs, milk, cinnamon and ginger; beat at medium speed for two minutes, stopping once to scrape bowl.
4. Pour over apples.
5. Bakei for 50 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
6. Immediately invert onto serving platter; serve warm or at room temperature.
