Apple Turnover

Apple Turnover ingredients
- 1 apple -- peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 t Lemon juice
- 1 T water
- 1 sli White bread
- 1⁄4 t Cinnamon
- Artificial sweetener to equal 2 tsp. sugar
Cooking Apple Turnover
1. Cook sweetener, cinnamon, water, and lemon juice with apple.
2. Cook until tende r. Cool. Remove crush from bread.
3. Roll thin.
4. Place apple mixture on 1/2 brea d. Foldi diagonally.
5. Moisten edges and press together with fork.
6. Bakei at 425 d egrees slower until crisp.
7. Remember to eat crust of bread.
