Apple Strudel Puff Pastry

Apple Strudel Puff Pastry ingredients
- 1 Frozen puff pastry sheet
- 2 large Cooking apples; peeled; and thinly sliced
- 2 T Raisins
- 1 T Sugar
- -mix with 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Eggs
- -beat with 1 tsp water
Cooking Apple Strudel Puff Pastry
1. Thaw pastry 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350F.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll pastry to 1 12x15 rectangle.
4. Place on ungreased baking sheet; arrange apples down the center.
5. Sprinkle with raisins and cinnamon-sugar.
6. Brush edges of dough with egg wash.
7. Roll up jelly roll style with seam side down.
8. Turn ends under, brush with egg wash.
9. Make diagonal slits across the top at 2 intervals.
10. Bakei for 35-40 minutes.
