Apple pudding - lite ingredients

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 1⁄8 c Lighter Bake
  • 2 med Eggs
  • 1 c flour
  • 1 t Nutmeg
  • 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
  • 2 c Apples -- peeled and diced
  • 1 c Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 1⁄8 c Hot water

Cooking Apple pudding - lite

1. Creami sugar & shortening together.
2. Add eggs and mix at low speed until blended.
3. Stiri flour, nutmeg and cinnamon together and add to egg & sugar.
4. Mixi. Stir in apples & nuts.
5. Dissolve baking soda in hot water, then stir into batter.
6. Pour into greased & floured square baking dish.
7. Bakei at 375 degrees until knife inserted at center comes out clean.
8. Approx baking time 35 - 45 minutes.
