Apple Pie Parfaits ingredients

  • 1 pk STOUFFER'S® Harvest Apples
  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 t Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Ground cinnamon
  • 1 qt Vanilla HÄAGEN-DÄZS Ice Cream

Cooking Apple Pie Parfaits

1. PREHEAT oven to 400&degF.
2. ROLL pie pastry into a 12-inch circle.
3. Transfer to a baking sheet and spoon apples over half of the circle to within ½ inch of the edge.
4. Foldi pastry over apples, stretching dough slightly, if necessary.
5. COMBINE sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl; sprinkle over pastry.
6. BAKE for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Cool slightly; cut into 1 ½ to 2-inch squares.
8. For each parfait, layer three apple pie squares with ice cream.
