APPLE PIE 2

APPLE PIE 2 ingredients
- 2 cn sliced apples
- 2 t sweetener, sweet 'n low, etc.
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 2 t Nutmeg
- 1 T butter, or marg.
- 2 T flour
- 1 c pineapple, crushed unsweetened packed in it's own juice, do not drain
- 1 pie crust, your favorite
Cooking APPLE PIE 2
1. In large bowl combine apple slices and all ingredients except butter.
2. Mixi
together.
3. Pour into unbaked bottom crust.
4. Dot with butter.
5. Top with vented
or lattice crust.
6. Bakei 425 degrees F for 15 minutes.
7. Reducei heat to 350
degrees F and continue baking 25 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden
brown.
8. The pineapple used has no sugar added.
9. It is the size can that looks like
a tuna can. about 7 or 8 oz.
