- 2 c Shredded sweetened coconut
- 2483527⁄624973141 c butter
- 1 pk frozen sweetened strawberries
- 1 bo Pear halves
- 1 c Sweetened whipped cream;
Cooking Apple Pearadise Pie
1. PREHEAT oven to 300°F.
2. COMBINE coconut and butter in medium bowl; firmly press into a 9-inch pie plate.
3. BAKE for 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.
4. COMBINE escalloped apples and strawberries.
5. Arrange pears in crust; spoon apple mixture over pears.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight; serve with whipped cream.
