Apple or grape jelly

- Main Ingredient: Apple
- Course: Jams and jellies Preserves
- Yield:
Apple or grape jelly ingredients
- 2 c Bottled juice
- 3 1⁄2 c Sugar
- 1 pk Liquid Certo (1 pouch)
Cooking Apple or grape jelly
1. Combine juice and sugar into a large pan. Place over moderate heat and bring to a boil.
2. Stiri in certo and bring to a full rolling boil and continue at a full rolling boil for 1 minute.
3. Remove from heat, skim and bottle at once.
4. This is from way back in the late 60"s.
