Apple Nut Coffee Cake ingredients

- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- 2 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1 t Baking soda
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
- 1 c Sour cream
- 2 c Apple; finely chopped
- Topping:
- 2483527⁄624973141 c nuts chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Brown sugar - packed
- 1 t Cinnamon; ground
- 2 T butter, melted
Cooking Apple Nut Coffee Cake
1. Fat grams per serving: Approx.
2. Cook Time: :40 Preheat oven to 350F.
3. In mixing bowl, cream together shortening and sugar.
4. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
5. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
6. Add to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream.
7. Foldi in apple.
8. Spread batter in greased 13 X 9 X 2" baking pan or large greased bundt pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.
9. Sprinkle nut mixture evenly over batter.
10. Bakei 350F for 35-40 minutes.
