Apple noodle pudding

Apple noodle pudding ingredients
- FROM JONI'S KITCHEN
- 8 oz Fine egg noodles
- 4 T butter
- 4 med Apples, peel, cut in eighths
- 1 c Seedless raisins
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 pn Salt
- 2 pn Cinnamon
Cooking Apple noodle pudding
1. Cook noodles in rapidly boiling salted water until tender.
2. Drain and rinse.
3. Melt 1 tb butter in a baking dish.
4. Place half the noodles in the bottom of the dish.
5. On top of the noodles make a layer of the apples and raisins, and sprinkle with sugar and salt and cinnamon.
6. Make a top layer with the rest of the noodles, dot with butter, and bake in moderate oven (350^ f) for 30 minutes until the apples are soft and the noodles are brown.
7. Serves six.
