  • 1 med apple, grated

Cooking Apple muffins 3 2

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Mixi dry ingredients.
3. Mix liquids and stir into dry mix. Let sit a few minutes to thicken.
4. Fill oiled muffin tins 2/3 full.
5. Bakei at 350°F.
6. for 30 minutes or until done.
7. Variation: a beaten egg may be added to the batter if fluffier muffins are desired.
