Apple muffins 3 ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c Oil
  • 1 c Honey
  • 2 Eggs or egg replacer
  • 1⁄2 c water
  • 2 1⁄2 c AM Whole Wheat flour
  • 2 t Non-alum baking powder
  • 1⁄2 t Sea salt (optional)
  • 1 t Allspice
  • 1 t Nutmeg
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 2 large Apples, grated (with peel)
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1⁄2 c -to...
  • 1 c AM Sunflower Seeds
  • -(or chopped nuts)

Cooking Apple muffins 3

1. Beat honey, oil, eggs and water.
2. Mixi dry ingredients and add to honey mixture.
3. Foldi in apples, vanilla and nuts.
4. Fill oiled tins 2/3 full.
5. Bakei at 400°F.
6. 12 to 15 minutes.
