Apple flaps ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c flour
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 1⁄8 t Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 3⁄4 c Milk
  • 2 T butter, melted
  • 1 c Apple sauce

Cooking Apple flaps

1. Mixi first five ingredients together.
2. Combine the eggs, milk, butter, and applesauce and stir into the flour mixture just until moistened.
3. Cook on hot griddle as with any pancake.
4. Loreli"s hint: i think this would taste great with chunky applesauce.
