  • 2 T Vegatable oil
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped

Cooking Apple Cinnamon Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large bowl, combine cereal, brown sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
2. In small bowl, combine apple juice, milk, egg whites, and oil. Stiri apple juice mixture into flour mixture just until moistened Add chopped apple, walnuts, and raisins.
3. Fill 18 greased medium muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
4. Bakei 15-17 minutes, or until golden.
