Apple cider salad

Apple cider salad ingredients
- 6 oz Package orange flavored
- gelatin
- 4 c Apple Cider
- 1 c Raisins
- 1 c Apples, coarsely chopped
- 1 c Celery, chopped
- Juice and grated rind of one
- Lemon
- Lettuce
- 1 Apple, unpeeled and sliced
Cooking Apple cider salad
1. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot cider; stir in raisins.
2. Let cool.
3. Add remaining 2 cups cider; chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
4. Stiri in chopped apples, celery, lemon juice and rind.
5. Pour into a lightly oiled 6 cup mold.
6. Chill until set.
7. Unmold onto lettuce leaves and garnish with apple slices, if desired.
