Apple Carrot Cake ingredients

  • 2 c Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 1⁄2 c Vegatable oil
  • 2 c flour
  • 1⁄2 t Baking soda
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 1⁄2 c Carrots; grated
  • 1 1⁄2 c Apple; chopped
  • 1 c Walnuts; chopped

Cooking Apple Carrot Cake

1. Combine sugar, eggs, vanilla, and oil. Sifti together dry ingredients and stir into liquid mixture.
2. Add carrots, apples and nuts.
3. Pour batter into 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 325~ oven for 60 to 70 minutes.
