Apple and sweet potatoes

Apple and sweet potatoes ingredients
- 4 med Size sweet potatoes
- 1 T Whipped butter, (not me!!!)
- 2 T Frozen apple juice
- -concentrate
- Salt to taste
- pepper, to taste
- 1 med -size apple, peeled diced
- 6 Whole Cloves
- Ground nutmeg
Cooking Apple and sweet potatoes
1. Place sweet potatoes in a saucepan and cover with water.
2. Bring to a boil and cook 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
3. Remove from water, peel and mash.
4. Add butter, apple juice, salt and pepper.
5. Stiri in apple, cloves and dash of nutmeg.
6. Place in an ovenproof serving dish and warm in 350 degrees oven to minutes before serving.
