Appetizer wieners

1. Cut the wieners into eighths and place them on a microwave bowl or paper plate.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Brush half of the mixture over the wieners.
4. With the microwave on high, cook for 1-½ minutes, rotating the plate one-half turn after 1 minute.
5. Brush with the remaining sauce mixture.
6. Continue cooking on high for 1 minute.
7. Place a toothpick in the top of each wiener piece.
8. One serving: calories: 43 carbohydrates: negligible exchange: 1/3 high-fat meat.
