Anish-Nah-Be Pakwejigan (Real Indian Bread) ingredients

  • 1 Recipe soft bread
  • 2⁄3 c Sunflower oil
  • 1⁄2 c Blueberries -=OR=- raisins

Cooking Anish-Nah-Be Pakwejigan (Real Indian Bread)

1. Let the soft bread dough cool to room temperature.
2. Mixi in the blueberries & put the dough into a bowl.
3. Chill until it thickens.
4. When the dough is firm, cut it into 1/2" slices & fry until it is a golden colour.
5. Serve hot with maple syrup.

It is very dry, yet satisfying. I do not reccomend it. Especially to people who have constant dry throats.
