Anise seed cookies ingredients

  • 1 c Sugar
  • 2 c flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 T Anise seed or
  • Few drops anise oil

Cooking Anise seed cookies

1. Beat the eggs thoroughly for 15 minutes.
2. Add sugar slowly, a little at a time and continue beating.
3. Add anise seed or a few drops of anise oil and the flour.
4. Drop on well-greased cookie sheets and bake in moderate over, 350¦, for about 12 minutes.
