angela's barbecued shrimp ingredients
- 1 lb Large shrimp
- 2 T Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 T Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 t Tabasco sauce
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne pepper
- 2 t Salt
- 2 t Freshly ground black pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 lb Unsalted butter
Cooking angela's barbecued shrimp
1. Rinse shrimp in cold water and place in 9 by 13 inch glass baking dish (single layer).
2. Drizzle unpeeled shrimp with oil, lemon juice, tabasco and worcestershire sauce.
3. Cover generously with cayenne, salt and pepper.
4. Broili approximately 4 minutes.
5. Turn and continue broiling until shell separates from shrimp, approximately 5 minutes depending on distance from broiler.
6. Remove shrimp.
7. Stiri sauce and add more butter or lemon juice if needed.
8. Serve immediately with lots of good french bread.
9. The sauce is fabulous!.
