  • 4 Slices angel food cake
  • 4 Scoop vanilla Ice Cream

Cooking Angel food cake ala mode with berries

1. In a bowl mix berries with sugar and grand marnier.
2. on each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of ice cream.
3. Spoon berry mixture over and around the cake.
