Amish custard pie ingredients
- c Sugar
- 2 T flour
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 3 c Milk
- 2483527⁄624973141 T Nutmeg
- 1 9" unbaked pie shell
Cooking Amish custard pie
1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and eggs and mix until smooth.
2. Heat milk to boiling point.
3. Add 1 cup hot milk to egg mixture.
4. Pour that into the remaining hot milk.
5. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
6. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bakei at 350 °F. For 45-60 minutes.
