American garlic and parsley bread chine ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 t Active-Dry yeast
  • 3 c Bread flour
  • 3 T Wheat germ
  • 3 T Wheat bran
  • 1 3⁄4 t Salt
  • 2 T Sugar
  • 2 T Vegatable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 T Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1⁄4 c water

Cooking American garlic and parsley bread chine

1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer"s directions.
2. For dak/welbilt, use white bread setting.
3. Let the loaf cool before slicing.
4. Serve plain or toasted.
5. "this is good bread for a steak sandwich, french dip roast beef, or a grilled mozzarella cheese and tomato sandwich.
6. Baking the garlic right in the bread lightens the garlic flavor.
7. If this is not a strong enough garlic statement for you, add another clove.
