Ambrosia zucchini casserole ingredients

  • olive oil
  • Tomatoes, sliced
  • Red onions, sliced
  • Zucchini, sliced
  • Mozzarella, grated
  • Parmesan, grated

Cooking Ambrosia zucchini casserole

1. Pour olive oil in bottom of casserole.
2. Layer tomatoes, onions, zucchini and cheese.
3. Repeat layers ending with cheese.
4. Bakei 375°F until bubbly.
